An airy delicious Raspberry-Chocolate Cream Puff that makes the perfect Valentine dessert.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 2x 6 oz of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp. of baking coco powder
  • 1 can of Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls – 8oz/8ct
  • (optional) sprinkle cinnamon

Directions

    Raspberry-Chocolate Cream Filling
  1. Stir in a sauce pan on medium heat, a 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 6 oz. of raspberries into the pan. Stir for 5-10 minutes or until the raspberries and sugar dissolve. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Drain the raspberry sauce using a small strainer to just keep the liquid and refrigerate 1/2 cup of the raspberry sauce for 20 min.
  3. In a bowl, use the 8 oz whipped topping, 2 tsp. of baking coco powder until smooth. Then, stir in 1/2 of the raspberry sauce.

  5. Use 1 can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and roll it out and cut into 12 piece squares.
  6. Fill a 12 cupcake tin pan with each square.
  7. Bake for 10-12 min. at 350′ or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 10-15 min.
  9. Fill in the puff, using a piping bag or spoon of the raspberry-chocolate cream filling. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and dash of cinnamon.

Heart-Shaped Cookies

A delicious, Valentine’s, heart-shaped cookie.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 4 tsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Decorating gel pink 0.67
  • Decorating gel red 0.67
  • Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough – 24 cookies

Directions

    Icing Recipe:
  1. Stir in 3/4 cup confectioners sugar, 4 tsp. milk, 2 tsp. water, and 1 tsp. of lemon juice. Stir in 8 squeezes of the red gel or 3 squeezes of pink gel.
  2. A trick to creating easy heart shaped cookies: mold the cookie into a heart shape, then press down, with fingertips, on each side to form heart cookies.
  3. Pre-made Sugar Cookies:

  4. Bake them on a cookie sheet for 10-15 min at 350′.
  5. Let cookies cool for 15 min.
  6. Take icing and frost cookie using a knife and/or piping bag. Add Valentine sprinkles to decorate the heart-shaped cookies.

White Chocolate/Milk Chocolate Valentine Strawberries

Decadent white chocolate/milk chocolate strawberries with Valentine sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. strawberries
  • 11.5 oz bag of white premium baking chips
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate ships
  • Valentine sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Parchment paper

Directions

    White Chocolate/Milk Chocolate Strawberries recipe:
  1. Add 1/2 cup of water in the bottom of a pan, add milk chocolate to a safe metal pan or stove top pan and lay it on top of the pan with water. Stir for 5 min. or until chocolate is fully melted. You can also heat in a microwave safe dish for 1 min & 30 sec.
  2. Let white and milk chocolate cool for 15 min.
  3. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper, and line up strawberries on cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
  4. Once the chocolate has cooled, dip each strawberry in milk chocolate and use a spoon to help cover the strawberry and use a fork to sprinkle on white chocolate design.
  5. Dip in Valentine sprinkles or add sprinkles on while strawberry is wet.
  6. Put them in the refrigerator for 20 min. to harden chocolate.

The best juicy Marsala Chicken!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of chicken breast or tenders
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves or 2 tsp. of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. of Thyme seasoning
  • 1 tsp. of Italian seasoning
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 8 oz. pack of white mushrooms
  • 1 cup of Marsala cooking wine
  • 4 tsp. of olive oil

Directions

    Marsala Chicken Recipe:
  1. Melt a stick of butter in a pan on the stove-top or use a microwave safe dish and melt for 1 min or until butter is fully melted.
  2. In separate bowl mix the dry ingredients: 1 tsp of Thyme, 1 tsp. of Italian seasoning, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs together.
  3. Dip the chicken in the melted butter, followed by dipping it into the dry Italian seasoning mix.
  4. In a pan on medium-heat, add 4 tsp. of olive oil and place coated chicken in a pan for 5-10 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Remove cooked chicken from the pan to a plate. Next, add chopped onions, chopped garlic, and a pack of mushrooms to the pan. You may need to add a little more olive oil or butter. Caramelize for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add chicken back to the pan, add 1 cup of Marsala cooking wine over chicken, cover with a lid, and reduce heat to a simmer. Leave on a simmer/low- heat for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is fully white/cooked inside.
  7. Note: The sauce in the pan makes a great sauce to add over mash potatoes and drizzle on top of chicken when served.
