Easy Mouth-Watering Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients
- Alfredo Pasta Sauce (Trader Joes)
- 2 Strips of Bacon
- Pack of Chicken Breasts
- Dry Ingredients: (thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic salt)
- Fresh shredded parmesan cheese
- Egg Fettuccine Pasta Gluten Free (Trader Joes)
Directions
- Chicken Alfredo
- On medium heat, fry 2 slices of bacon in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove bacon and set aside.
- Use the same pan with the bacon grease and reduce heat to medium-low and cook the pack of chicken breasts. Sprinkle thyme, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and rosemary on each side. Cook for 5-10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Reduce heat to a shimmer and cover.
- Cook pasta (follow direction on the package). Drain pasta and on low heat, add it back to the pot and stir in the jar of alfredo sauce. Sprinkle, thyme, salt, and rosemary to the sauce. Mix in 3/4 cup of fresh parmesan cheese .
- Slice chicken and serve over pasta sauce. Top with crumbled bacon.
Pairs nicely with an arugula salad & focaccia cheese bread.
