Chicken Broccoli Pasta

Easy Chicken Broccoli Pasta Dish
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- half pack of bow tie pasta
- pack of chicken breasts
- dry ingredients: (lemon pepper, salt, pepper, garlic salt)
- 2 to 3 tsp. of fresh shredded parmesan cheese
- 4 tsp. butter
- 1 lemon
- half bag of broccoli
- 1 to 2 tsp. of olive oil
Directions
- Chicken Broccoli Pasta
- On medium heat, add 1 tsp. of olive oil to a sauté pan, and add the pack of chicken breasts. Sprinkle lemon pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic salt on each side. Squeeze 1 lemon on top. Cook for 5-10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Reduce heat to a shimmer and cover and set aside.
- In the same pan, on medium heat add a half bag of broccoli and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add 2 tsp. of butter and a dash of lemon pepper, and stir.
- Cook pasta (follow direction on the package). Drain pasta and on low heat, add it back to the pot and stir in 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, dash of salt, pepper, and 3 tsp. of fresh parmesan cheese, cooked broccoli , and add 2 tsp of butter. Stir until thickened and reduce heat to low.
- Slice chicken and serve over pasta sauce.
Pairs nicely with a salad & focaccia cheese bread.
