Apple Pie Spice Granola Topping Parfait

Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- Fruit: 2 Gala apples, 1 banana, 2 peaches, 1 cup of grapes and 1 cup of blueberries
- ½ cup of almonds (optional)
- 3 tablespoons 100% pure Vermont maple syrup
- 1 cup oats (100% whole grain)
- 1 tsp. of apple pie spice
- 1 tsp. of honey
- 1 tsp. Greek yogurt
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
- On a cookie sheet lay out parchment paper, pour 1 cup of oats and spread out evenly on the parchment sheet. Add ½ cup of almonds (optional), mix-in 3 tablespoons of Vermont maple syrup over mixture. Top with 1 tsp. of apple pie spice evenly over granola.
- Place granola in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- While the granola is baking, chop fruit up in a separate bowl: 2 apples, 1 banana, 2 peaches, 1 cup of grapes, 1 cup of blueberries, 2 Gala apples
- Remove granola and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Get 1-4 serving bowls.
- Take chopped fruit and place in a serving bowl, add 1 tsp.of greek yogurt, and 1 tsp. of honey and stir. Sprinkle granola topping on top of fruit parfait.
