Lemon Asparagus

Accompanying our Easter meal is this citrusy asparagus dish cooked in bacon grease is really good.
Ingredients
- A pack of pre-chopped Asparagus
- 2 drops of lemon juice
- Lemon pepper, salt
- (bacon grease from other Easter side dish)
Directions
- Immediately after I cooked the bacon from the previous Easter recipes I added the asparagus to the pan and cooked on medium heat for 2-5 minutes.
- Add 2 drops of lemon juice, pinch of salt, and lemon pepper to the asparagus and stir for 2-5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and let it cook for 10- 15 minutes or until softened.
